Keeping your personal information safe is critical, we know the importance of making sure that the only people who have your personal information are the ones you want to have it, and nobody respect's that more than we do.

We will not, under any circumstance, divulge or otherwise release or share your personal information with any person(s) or organization(s) without your prior verbal or written consent. When working together with RubyWorks, we will completely disclose to you any and all cases where any part of your personal information will need to be divulged to an outside party, such as the case of advertising for you. You will fully be aware of any and all circumstances where your personal information will need to be shared as well as with who it will be shared with, and we will only proceed so long as you have given us either verbal or written consent.

All collaborative projects between you and RubyWorks will require a formal contract with valid signatures from you and RubyWorks, of which you will receive a hard copy as well as digital copy for your records. This is to protect you as well as RubyWorks so all work performed is properly assigned and completed to your standards.
